
Reset your nervous system in this immersive workshop combining yoga, breathwork and sound, designed to bridge the gap between mind and body.
We’ll begin with community introductions and a brief look at the neurology of anxiety, explaining exactly how yoga helps regulate your "fight or flight" response. This insight leads into a 40-minute accessible yoga practice and practical breathing techniques that you can use anywhere to self regulate.
We’ll complete the experience with a deeply restorative 20 minutes sound bath, to allow your body to fully integrate, leaving you grounded, informed, and truly relaxed.
