Maryam started to practice yoga in 2011 as a form of exercise and to reduce stress. Very soon she realized that it is so much more. Yoga remind us of how strong we are and gives us the courage and inspiration to move on when life gets hard!
Maryam is CYT-200h Hatha/Vinyasa yoga and Certified Yin Yoga Teacher.

In addition, Maryam has delved into the world of Kundalini Yoga, exploring its transformative power to awaken energy and consciousness. She believes that yoga is a path to balance, strength, and serenity and her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that the benefits of yoga should be available to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or prior experience.
