Rooted in a personal yoga practice over many years, I came to yoga as a way to connect to my breath and cultivate mindfulness both on and off the mat. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Power Vinyasa, and my teaching is grounded in dynamic, breath-led movement, supported by studies in yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and a range of complementary yoga practices.
My classes invite you to explore strength, presence, and self-awareness through intentional movement and steady breath. I believe yoga is for every body, and I aim to create a welcoming space where students feel supported, empowered, and encouraged to move in a way that feels right for them - with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their bodies.
Alongside yoga, I enjoy strength training and spin classes, which have influenced my love for energizing, dynamic flows. At the same time, yoga has taught me the value of stillness - something that has become an essential part of my life. Outside the studio, I balance a fast-paced career in tech with time spent slowing down with my husband, our cat and our two dogs.
