Natasha found yoga when she needed a change physically. It started as a home practice over five years ago and continued as a personal endeavour before attending her first public class, which opened her eyes and heart to the connection in the community as well as to herself. She is a videographer and was drawn to the teaching of yoga as a way to bring more movement and calm to her life.
Natasha completed the 200 hour Teacher training with Breathing Space during which time she also became a certified Girl on Fire Facilitator, and received her Restorative Yoga Training certificate.
She is always excited to meet you, to hear your unique yoga story, and to see how she can support your practice no matter where you are in your personal journeys.
Natasha's dosha is primarily pitta and secondarily kapha, which informs her class structure. Natasha’s classes are designed to fire you up before settling you down.
When she is not doing yoga she can be found playing board games, reading a book, or playing her ukulele.
