Pilates is a mind-body approach to fitness incorporating the deep core stabilizers of the shoulder girdle, abdominal wall, pelvic bowl, and how the body functions to move with greater ease, coordination, stability and strength.
Benefits include increased core strength and stability, injury prevention and relief from stress and back pain. Pilates also improves balance and coordination and promotes ideal posture and muscle balance.
This 6 weeks course will take you step by step into the 5 basic principles of Pilates so that you can enjoy all of the above benefits. If you are new to Pilates or if you want to revisit the foundations, join us!
